Is it possible to replicate the sold jewelry?

Sure it is possible. Send your request and we will discuss it.

Do you deliver custom-made jewelry?

Yes, absolutely! The jewelry is handmade in the Netherlands and can be made to your desired form and length. Would you like the jewelry slightly larger or smaller then indicated? Add a note to your order with the desired dimensions.

Packaging

Can I get my order gift-wrapped?

All orders will be shipped gift-wrapped with a complimentary gift.

Can I personalize my order?

Yes. Please let me know if you would like to personalize your order.

Ordering & Shipping

What is the delivery time?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days via PostNL or DHL letterbox package with Track & Trace code.

What are the shipping costs?

Standard shipping coasts is 5.25 euros.

Order above 75 euros will be shipped freely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Make sure to cancel your order within 2 hours by sending a message.

Can I return my ordered product?
